Painting of carbon components
Painting of special carbon components for any car, modern or historical one, for the private customer but also for small special series of different local enterprises such as Ferrari Spa, Automobili Lamborghini and Pagani Automobili.
The process
We effectuate the following tests of the process using specific tools.
Measurement of the viscosity of the mixed product using outflow cups.
Visual control in the quality control cab corresponding to the requirements demanded by the customer.
Measurement of the surface gloss using the glossmeter
Colour control using the spectrophotometer.
Measurement of the paint thickness using the digital thickness gauge
Coating adhesion test dividing into squares with the cross-cut – tester
Water resistance test through the immersion of the painted component in a stainless-steel thermostatic tank
Covering hardness and scratch ability test using the specific durometer for coverings.
The quality
The continuous research by the customer of new and special effects leads us to the study and the knowledge of new painting products as for example the application of the paint which changes the colour depending on the inclination of the component.
The working of material composite components is only manual, starting with the following phase:
The sanding phase is necessary for preparing the component, for levelling the surface to paint and for ensuring the adhesion.
It follows the painting effectuated inside the painting cab.
The polishing is the final part of the process, in this phase the departement’s operators do a self-control of the final quality then it follows the final control of specialised operators.

Ferrari SpA
We are official suppliers of Ferrari SPA for the painting and we collaborate with many Companies that produce carbon, for which, thanks to the acquired experience, qualified operators and systems equipped with the latest technologies, we satisfy all the requests of the customer with the required quality. We effectuate also the painting of cars of the racing department, restoring every kind of dye and customized liveries
Pagani Automobili
We are partners for the painting of Pagani’s supercars whose bodywork is completely formed in carbon fiber, as well as the internal components. We effectuate the complete painting of these cars, with matt, gloss, semigloss carbon look and also coloured transparent (pigmented or inked), covering paint (double or triple layer).
Automobili Lamborghini
We obtained the certification from Lamborghini for the painting reparations in the year 2020.
